Filing rates via the internet is now available for all Sumner Tariff Service customers. There are two options for E-filing, one is to fill out the web based form, the other to download E-Mail form and send filing's via e-mail. All rates filed after 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be filed the next day. New rate requests and changes to rates are supported on E-file.
